2. What data do we process?
When you make a business inquiry, we process the information you provide: name, company, business email address, optional phone number, product interest, application, expected volume, message and any file you choose to attach. We also record the source page and submission time to preserve the context of the request.
Do not provide special-category personal data or information that is not needed for your product or project inquiry.
3. Why and on what legal basis?
- To answer your inquiry, select products, provide documentation and prepare a quotation: necessary to take steps at your request before a possible contract.
- To secure, follow up and administer business correspondence: our legitimate interest in handling requests carefully and demonstrably.
- Non-essential website analytics: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. How is an inquiry delivered?
The form states which delivery method is active. In the current configuration, it opens a prepared email and your information is sent only when you send that email yourself. Once secure server delivery is activated, the form may pass the inquiry directly to our email service; this statement and the cookie policy will then be checked against the final service configuration.
5. Recipients and international transfers
Access is limited to staff and service providers supporting the inquiry, hosting, security or email delivery. We do not sell your personal data. Because our operations and service providers may be located outside the European Economic Area, data may be processed internationally.
